Frankie Torres was an amazing warrior who fought hard for those judicially impacted. He had a ferocious love for life, his family, and helping those who were broken and rejected in life.

 

He was a great husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, friend and colleague. He was well respected in our community for going that extra mile in helping those that came to him for help or advice. He had a way of lifting your spirits and inspiring you to be the person you were meant to be. His personal story of turning tragedy into triumph, gave countless individuals HOPE!

 

He will be remembered for his sincerity, generosity, and belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
